First off, very special thanks to all the sponsors, competitors, and spectators who supported the 2009 NOS Energy Drink IMPORT FACE-OFF series. 2009 was our best year yet with 22 events nationwide. EVERY repeat location that was not affected by weather or date change had an increase in attendance from all years before. The scene dying is a MYTH.

The series is still growing and will have another national tour with atleast 25 events in 2010. The first IFO in 2010 will mark our 100th event since 2001. 2010 RACE POINTS CHAMPIONSHIP presented by LightningMotorsports.com - The Import Face-Off Race Points Championship is for Heads Up Pro class racers only. Racers will receive 10 points for every elimination round won at each 2010 event. Winners will be chosen for Top 8/16 qualifier classes (FWD or FIP) and for Top 4/8 qualifier classes (AMP/OL) for 5 different colored regions (see map below). All race points winners will receive trophy plus free race and crew entry (limit 3) to all future IFO events FOR LIFE! All trophies will be awarded at finals. Overall national winner will also receive a $2000 Lightning Motorsports certificate. More prizes for individual regions and classes to be announced throughout the year. 2010 SHOW POINTS CHAMPIONSHIP: The Import Face-Off Show Points Championship is for Car Clubs only, not solo entries. Car clubs will receive 10 points for each Best Club Representation (not Participation) award won at each 2010 event. Winners will be chosen for 5 different colored regions (see map). Winners will receive trophy plus club feature in the February, 2011 issue of PAS magazine.

I'll prob be at both. Prob drive the STI down to noble and watch and I'll take the truck to the Tulsa one and will be showing it

Spectators bring in the fliers because of the $2 off admission coupon. Checks are mailed out within a week after the event. The program pays well if you get enough fliers out. There are successful, repeat promoters every year at every location.

I want to go to Noble...where is that? Remember I'm nothin' but a poisonous nut! (that would be a Buckeye from Ohio in case you didn't know!) LOL

I'll be heading out to import face off to see what my car runs. By then I'll have my 60k maint. done, my culprit leak fixed, and a re-tune with Keith. I'm not expecting a drag car, but I think I'll be in the high 12's to low 13's.. Dunno... I'm not really big on the numbers, just wanna see what it runs. If it runs 14's that is pretty much bad driving. LOL. Anyone else wanna roll out there? It's a Sunday so that is a good thing.!!!!

Dustin its about 10-15 minutes south of Norman. It's not far at all.
